– Partner with brand managers, copywriters and digital team members to drive to the heart of a brand idea.
– Synthesize business, technology and consumer needs and envision smart, holistic campaign solutions.
– Produce highly effective campaign ideas and designs for all media including TV, outdoor, web and mobile.
– Collaborate across all functions to bring vision to fruition.
Experience & Skills
– Minimum 5 years in the industry as a member of a credible agency team.
– Examples of successful campaigns and experience in every phase of the brand development lifecycle.
– Intimate understanding of communication, design and examples of great, effective campaign solutions for various brands.
– Strong design skills and ability to create perfect comps.
– Ability to assess technology constraints and opportunities, and adjust design approaches accordingly.
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
– Careful attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and manage work to adhere to critical project timelines.
– Degree in design, communication or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
